Permanent Pullmanites

The end of February brought the end of Joe's 6 month trial contract with his company and they decided to hire him permanently. So it looks like we will be in Pullman for a while which we are excited about.

We've started the process of looking for houses. We went and got pre-approved with a lender, figured out how much mortgage we are willing to pay, and have started looking at homes in our price range. There aren't very many choices that are both big enough for our family and fit in our budget, but our realtor says that houses will start popping up this spring as professors find out they are leaving. Patience...

Here is one of the houses we are looking at this afternoon. It's about 3000 sq ft and has TONS of storage but may need a lot of work done to it.
